Low-level lighting makes the approach easier to follow after dusk. Warm lighting and plants help create a calming atmosphere before a session.
A setting where clients can feel safe
The aim is to create a boundary between the counseling space and its surroundings so that clients can settle into in-person sessions with less concern about being seen or distracted by outside noise.

Fencing was installed around the counseling space to improve the surroundings, supporting a sense of safety, greater privacy and a more reassuring arrival.
Ongoing improvements
